Kukushechka was founded by the centre of educational work Roskvit in Bobruisk in September 1997.There are 34 participants in the ensemble aged from 7 to 12.
They can perform over 25 dances.They include Belarussian folk dances and compositions dances of different world cultures including Russian,Asian and Indian.
The leader of the ensemble is Olga Pilipenko.
